Policies & Procedures

ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE HELD AT Flips Barber and Beauty :

YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO RECEIVE SERVICES

  • Please be sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.

  • No call No show will require NON-REFUNDABLE advance payment on a future booking.

  • Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment. If you will be late, please notify me ahead of time.

  • After 15 minutes there will be a $10 late fee applied to your total

  • After 20 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will lose your deposit.

  • Please arrive at your appointment ready to be serviced, this means ABSOLUTELY NO PREVIOUS STYLE should be worn to your appointment. There will a $35 fee for take down service

  • If you are reusing hair please be sure that it is CLEAN, free of thread and UNCUT wefts and lace and NO GLUE.

  • I DO NOT use closures or frontals that have been previously cut.

  • If you arrive at your appointment with a used closure/frontal or cut wefts, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will lose your deposit.

  • All appointments with hair included must be purchased PRIOR to booking your appointment

  •  ALL SERVICES SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL LENGTH AND DENSITY CHARGE

  • All texts and emails will be answered Monday-Saturday after close of business or holidays will be answered the following business day.

Deposits

  • ALL appointments REQUIRE a deposit at the time of booking. NO exceptions!

  • ALL deposits are NON refundable and NON transferable

  • You will be allowed to reschedule ONE time with one appointment. After the first time you will forfeit your deposit and have to book a new appointment.

  • The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment in cash, or via Zelle

  • I do NOT accept cash app

  • You will NOT be allowed to leave during services to retrieve money. Please have your preferred method of payment ready at the time of your appointment

  • I DO NOT accept bills larger than $50

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND MUST BE MADE IN THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL RECEIVING SERVICES (With proof of I.D.), IF NOT, INDIVIDUAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE OR SERVICES WILL BE CANCELLED.

  • Please be sure that services booked online are correct, as time may not permit for services to be changed, and/or may incur a fee.
